Don and Sherry Foster of Bellaire announce the engagement of their daughter, Amber Michelle to Chad Richard Voytecek, Son of Tegwin Parsons and the late Ronald Johnson and Joseph and Elizebeth Voytecek of Martins Ferry.
The bride-elect is a 1996 graduate of St John Central High School and a 2005 graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
Her fiance is a 1997 graduate of St John Central High School. He is a journeyman for Carpenters Local 3 in Wheeling. He is employed by Lavorini Interiors.
An April wedding is planned.
