David and Patricia Zigaceek of Martins Ferry announce the engagement of their daughter, Victoria Ann to James Emmett Sponhaltz, son of Chuck and Margaret Sponhaltz of Deep Run.
The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Martins Ferry High School. She is currently attending Wheeling Jesuit University and plans to graduate in May 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of Buckeye Local High School. He currently attends Jefferson Community College majoring in drafting I graphic design. He is employed by Tri-State Electric and Machine.
A June 2011 wedding is being planned.
