Julie Balk-Perry of Tucson, Ariz. announces the engagement of her daughter, Brandi Georgeanne Balk, to Wayne Alfred Riley, son of Aaron “J.R.” Riley of Jacobsburg and Debbie Gulker of St. Clairsville.
The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Flowing Wells High School and a 2001 graduate of Belmont Technical College with an associate’s degree in criminal justice.
Her fiance, is a 1991 graduate of Union Local High School and is employed as a foreman at Ohio American Energy.
A June wedding is being planned.
