Barry and Pat Krause of Rayland announce the engagement of their daughter, Maranda L. Krause to Brad D. Ralph, son of David and Barb Ralph of Guys Mills, Pa.
The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and a 2005 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a degree in literature/teacher preparation. She is a pursuing a master’s degree in athletic coaching education from West Virginia University and plans to graduate in May. She is a middle school language arts teacher, girl’s basketball coach and softball coach for Berkeley County Schools in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Her fiance is a 2000 graduate of Maplewood Jr./Sr. High School and a 2002 graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute with a degree in computer aided drafting. He is employed by CAS Engineering in Mt. Airy, Md.
A June 13 wedding is planned.
