Ron and Barb Lucarelli of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Anne to Joshua Curtis Waugh, son of Lester and Brenda Waugh of Marlinton, W.Va.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2007 cum laude graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor of science degree in education, majoring in middle childhood education. She is employed by the Monongalia Board of Education and also at Hallmark.
Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of Pocahontas County High School and a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor of science degree in physical education/teacher education. He is employed at Morgantown Learning Academy and will be pursuing his master’s degree in the fall.
The wedding will be held May 9.
