COLERAIN – David and Linda Wodesky of Colerain announce the engagement of their daughter Meghan Lynn to Jeremy Joe Johns, son of John and Marsha Johns of Benwood.

The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of St. Johns Central High School and a 2006 graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor of science degree in speech and language pathology. She is attending California University of Pennsylvania and will receive her master’s degree in communications disorders in 2011. She is employed by the Wheeling Park Commission as a supervisor of operations.

Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of John Marshall High School and a 2005 graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor of science degree in graphic design. He is employed as the art director and Web master for the Herald-Star and The Weirton Daily Times newspapers.

A Sept. 12 wedding is planned at St. Alphonsus Church in Wheeling.
