Mr. and Mrs. Walt Kettler of Wheeling, announce the engagement of their daughter, Erika Marie Kettler to Joseph Wayne Armstrong, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Armstrong of Rayland.
The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 2004 graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene. She is employed by Dr. Charles Dematte, DDS and Dr. Kerry Alberts, DDS General Dentistry as a dental hygienist.
Her fiance is 1996 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and a 2002 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor of specialized studies degree in behavioral sciences with minors in English and history. He is employed by Cabela’s as a distribution center associate.
A July 11 wedding is planned at Warwood United Methodist Church in Warwood.
