Gordon and Cathy Martin of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Rebecca to Scott Edwin Martin Jr., son of Scott and Shelly Martin of Lisbon.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2008 graduate of Malone University, with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and a minor in sociology. She is employed as a mineral title abstractor at Steptoe and Johnson in Wheeling.
Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of United Local High School in Lisbon. He is anticipating graduation in August from Malone University with a bachelor of arts degree in accounting and business administration. He will be employed at Concrete Fabricators, Inc. in Wheeling.
A May 16 wedding is planned.
