Kristy Higgins and Doug Williamson announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Kathy Mullane of Hudson, Ohio and Lou Higgins of Copley, Ohio. She is a graduate of Hudson High School and the University of Akron with a degree in business and organizational communications. She is currently employed as a marketing representative for AmTrust North America.
Her fiance is the son of Cynthia Higginbotham of St. Clairsville and Mac Williamson of St. Clairsville. He is a graduate of Shadyside High School and the University of Akron with a degree in computer information systems. He is currently employed with AmTrust North American as a software engineer.
A June 19 wedding is being planned on Lido Beach in Sarasota, Fla.
