Michelle Renee Moore of Zanesville and Brian William Smith of St. Clairsville announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late Richard and Patricia Moore of Jacobsburg. She is a 2002 graduate of Union Local High School and a 2006 graduate of West Liberty State College and currently pursuing her master’s degree in education from Muskingum College. She is employed by the Franklin School District, Duncan Falls, Ohio, as a biology teacher.
Her fiance, is the son of Gary and Cheryl Smith of St. Clairsville. He is a 2002 graduate of Union Local High School, a 2005 graduate of Belmont Technical College and a 2007 graduate of De Vry University. He is employed as an IP technical engineer by Stratus Wave Communications in Wheeling and as a produce clerk with Reisbeck’s Food Markets, St. Clairsville.
A June 27 wedding is being planned.
