The bride-elect is the daughter of Cindy and Reggie Clark of Wheeling and George Taylor of Bridgeport. She is a graduate of Bridgeport High School and West Virginia Northern Community College with an associate’s degree in psychology. She is assistant manager of Bridgeport Dairy Queen.
Her fiance is the son of Debra Ice of Steubenville and Kenneth McNeely of Follansbee. He is a graduate of Brooke High School and employed as the assistant manager of Rent A Center in Bridgeport.
A June 20 wedding is planned.
