Mr. and Mrs. Robert Steve Williams Jr. of Waynesville, N.C. announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Nicole, to Travis Adam Tarbet, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Walter Tarbet of Simpsonville, S.C.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Robert Steve Williams Sr. of Waynesville and the late Mr. Robert Steve Williams Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Shuler of Asheville, N.C. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in corporate communications at Clemson University.
Her fiance is the grandson of Mrs. Walter Tarbet of Shadyside and the late Walter Tarbet and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Adam Setzer Sr. He is a graduate of Clemson University and is employed with RMT, Inc. in Greenville, S.C. as a project engineer.
The wedding is planned for June 27 at Wesley United Methodist Church at Frederica in St. Simons Island, Ga.
