The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jeff Yocum of Tiltonsville and Kathy Yocum of Yorkville. She is a 2004 graduate of Buckeye Local High School.
Her fiance is the son of April Ogden of Rayland and Adolph Palmer of Martins Ferry. He is a 2004 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and is a member of Labor Local 809 and is currently employed by Bechtel Corporation.
A May 23 wedding is being planned.
