Shaila Nichole Barr and Travis Lee Locke announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lisa Shook of Shadyside and Wilbur Barr of Tiltonsville. She is a 2007 graduate of Shadyside High School and a stay-at-home mom to their two-year-old son, Brayden Locke.
Her fiance is the son of Pamela Jeffers of St. Clairsville and Bruce Locke of Flushing. He is a 2005 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and is a second-year apprentice of the IBEW. He is currently employed by Yahn Electric.
A May 23 wedding is being planned at the St. John’s Evangelical Protestant Church in Wheeling.
