Kelly Ann Keschl of Barnesville and Timothy C. Carpenter Jr. of Shadyside are announcing their engagement.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Maryjane and Robert Javens of Salineville. She is a 2002 graduate of Southern Local High School and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Ohio University in 2006. She is employed at WesBanco in Wheeling as a staff auditor and at Belmont Technical College as an adjunct math instructor.
Her fiance is the son of Darla and Tim Carpenter of Shadyside. Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Bellaire High School and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in geography from Ohio University in 2006. He is currently employed at Pedersen & Pedersen as a GIS technician.
The couple is planning a May 16 wedding at Pine Lakes Lodge in Salesville.
