Rob and Cindy Voigt of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Elizabeth Voigt to Steven Merrick Smith, son of Kim and Rick Apostolec of Martins Ferry and Ray and Debbie Kulobonish, also of Martins Ferry.
The bride-elect is a graduate of St. Clairsville High School and Belmont Technical College. She is employed as a home health nurse in Columbus.
Her fiance is a graduate of Martins Ferry High School and DeVry Technical College. He is employed with Franklin International in Columbus as a process control technician.
A November wedding is being planned.
