The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dana Howell of Cleveland and Randy and Amy Howell of Bridgeport. She is the granddaughter of Jean Howell and the late Andrew Bo Howell and Carolyn Springer and the late Jack Springer. She is a 1997 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2001 graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor of arts degree in English.
Her fiance is the son of Wayne and Joyce Taylor of Bellaire. He is the grandson of Warren and Delores Taylor and the late Alfred and Katherine Gray. He is a 1997 graduate of Bellaire High School and is employed by Belmont County Sanitary Sewer District.
A July 4 wedding is being planned.
