Clyde Allen and Dorothy Mae Rufer of Dillonvale, formerly of Bellaire, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica E. Rufer to Richard J. Henry, son of Joseph and Diane Henry of Elizabeth, W.Va., formerly of St. Clairsville.
The bride-elect is a 1996 graduate of Bellaire High School and a 2006 honors graduate of Bryman University with a degree in medical insurance billing and coding specialties. She is currently employed by ADECCO employment agency.
Her fiance is a 1994 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and is employed by N. F. Mansuetto & Sons, Inc. of Martins Ferry.
A private ceremony will be held Oct. 17.
