Mr. AND Mrs. Richard Allen Higgins of Yorkville announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Leigh, to Aaron Michael Pollock, son of Mr. & Mrs. Richard Joseph Pollock Sr. of St. Clairsville.

The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and a 2003 summa cum laude graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor of science degree in health services administration. She is pursuing a secondary degree in nursing at Wheeling Jesuit University.

Her fiance is a 1998 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and attended Belmont Technical College. He is a member of IBEW Local 141 and is employed by United Electric of Wheeling Inc. as a journeyman wireman.

A June 4th wedding is being planned at the First Christian Church of Martins Ferry.
