Rosemarie Kemp Mehl and Paul Bruce Mehl of Belmont announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Micahlene Rose to John James Williams, son of Marsha and Tony Massing of Georgia and Lt. Col. Kevin Williams of Flushing.

The bride to be is a graduate of Union Local High School. She is completing her bachelor of science degree in nursing through Ohio University, Zanesville, while working at Emerald Pointe in Barnesville and volunteering at Mount Zion Church in Belmont.

Her fiance also is a graduate of Union Local High School. He is employed as the front machinist at AFC Cable in Cambridge.
