Darrell and Stephanie Jendrusik of Lafferty announce the engagement of their daughter Kelsay Breann Jendrusik to Dale Anderson Garvin, son of D. Craig and Eydie Garvin of Wheeling.

The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Union Local High School and a 2013 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is employed by the Quest Group as a travel nurse.

Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of Wheeling Park High School, a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a 2015 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is employed by Murray Energy Corp. as an accountant.

A Sept. 16 wedding at Wheeling Park is planned.
