Carissa Rachelle Baker of Woodsfield and Tyler Scott Moore of Belmont announce their engagement.

Carissa is the daughter of Lisa and Kenneth Meyer Jr. of Marietta and Randy Baker and Mel Rodriguez of Glencoe. She is a 2002 graduate of Monroe Central High School and a 2005 graduate of Belmont Technical College where she earned an associate degree in Applied Science in Nursing. She is employed by Arbors at Woodsfield as a registered nurse.

Tyler is the son of Scotty and Deb Moore of Belmont. He is a 2003 graduate of Union Local High School and Belmont Career Center with a certificate in Ag Diesel. He is employed with the family business R&T Equipment Repair in Belmont.

The wedding will take place on Aug. 26 at the James E. Carnes Center in St. Clairsville.
