Mr. and Mrs. Carl Carpenter of Dillonvale announce the engagement of their daughter, Kylee Elisa Carpenter, to Adam Nathaniel Cowser, son of Steve and Kathi Cowser of Wintersville.

The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of Martins Ferry High School, and a 2012 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She is employed by the Bridgeport Exempted Village School District as an Intervention Specialist.

Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of Indian Creek High School, and a 2009 graduate of the University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering. He is employed by Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal as a commercial estimator.

An October wedding is planned.
