Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Perkins of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Larissa Perkins, to Blake Orr, son of Jerry and Lori Orr, also of St. Clairsville.

Larissa, a 2015 graduate of East Richland Christian High School, attends Ohio University Eastern Campus and is pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education and Child Development. She is planning to become a PreK-K teacher after graduation in Fall 2018.

Blake, a 2013 graduate of East Richland Christian High School and a 2015 graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College, with an associate’s degree in Mechatronics, is employed at Ferro Corporation of Washington, Pa.

The couple is planning to wed May 12 at East Richland Evangelical Friends Church in St. Clairsville.
