KATIE DILLON, RYAN LULI

Richard and Diana Dillon of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Dillon, to Ryan Luli, son of Joe and Gini Luli of Ravenna, Ohio.

The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and 2013 graduate of Kent State University with a master’s degree in Public Health. She is employed as the director of Communications and Outreach at NAMI Ohio.

Her fiance is a 2007 graduate of Ravenna High School and a 2011 graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Media Production. He is the founder and co-owner of Bullseye Media.

Following an August wedding and honeymoon to Quebec, the couple will reside in Columbus.
