Amanda SueEllen Bennett and Matthew Thomas Welsch would like to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Amanda is the alumni director for West Liberty University, and Matthew is the owner of Vagabond Kitchen in downtown Wheeling.

Both Amanda and Matthew are alumni from West Liberty University. Amanda with a degree in Business Management and an MBA earned from the Gary E. West College of Business, and Matthew with a degree in Liberal Arts additional to an Associates Degree from Pittsburgh Technical Institute.

Together the couple has a 2-year-old son, Owen, and they reside in Wheeling.

The ceremony is to be held Friday, Oct. 13, and a reception to follow Saturday, Oct. 14, at Waterfront Hall in beautiful downtown Wheeling.
