“A CHRISTMAS GIFT” concert celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Dec. 6 at Thoburn United Methodist Church, 209 E. Main St., St. Clairsville. The concert will feature Roger Hoard, Jamie Peck, Jo Ann Jones, Ron Retzer, Mark Statler, Chad Smith, Denny Fitzpatrick and Michael St. James. Sound by AG Audio. BELMONT COUNTY Board of Developmental Disabilities will conduct it annual Public Forum from 2-4 p.m. Dec. 15 at the Board office, 330 Fox-Shannon Place, St. Clairsville. The annual survey of service and support needs will be available at that time. The Board of DD funds and/or provides an array of supports for more than 500 adults and children with developmental disabilities in Belmont County. Supports can be provided throughout a person’s entire life and include early intervention, residential, vocational, transportation, educational, and habilitation supports.
