Mary Tingler, a native of Blaine, celebrated her 98th birthday on July 31.

She was born July 31, 1922, in Blaine, daughter of the late Louis and Julia Nagy.

Mary was married to the late Lawrence “Pete” Tingler on July 31, 1951. The marriage produced two children, Larry (Debbie) Tingler, and Mary (Troy) Amie. Three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren complete the family.
