Victorian Mansion Museum to host ice cream social
BARNESVILLE — Belmont County Victorian Mansion Museum will be hosting an ice cream social from noon to 4 p.m. July 30.
The event will be free to attend and will take place at the museum, located along Chestnut Street in Barnesville. Ice cream from Hudson’s Homemade Ice Cream as well as hot dogs, chips and drinks will be served for a donation.
The ice cream social will offer activities for all ages, including live music by Enrico Amato, a 50/50 raffle, bingo, lawn games, balloon animals and cake walks at 1, 2 and 3 p.m. The museum encourages attendees to bring their own blankets and chairs for a relaxing afternoon on the lawn.
“We are excited to offer this fun event to our community,” said board of directors President Kathy Messenger. “It’s a great opportunity to enjoy some delicious ice cream, support the Belmont County Victorian Mansion Museum, and spend time with family and friends.”
The event is open to the public, and all are welcome to attend. The museum will be open for tours during the ice cream social for a cost.
