NEW YORK (AP) — Single mother Rebecca Wood, 45, was already dealing with high medical bills in 2020 when she noticed she was being charged a $2.49 “program fee” each time she loaded money onto her daughter’s school lunch account. On Sept. 7, Richard and Cathleen Kidd of St. Clairsville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were united in marriage at First Presbyterian Church in Flushing by the late Rev. Larry Kline. Parents of the couple are Doyle Pickering and the late Charlotte Thrash Pickering of Flushing and the late Richard and Charlotte Klayko Kidd of Flushing.
