Melissa Noel Banco and Jordan Richard Kurner were united in marriage Sept. 15 at 3 p.m. at New Life Fellowship in Shadyside with Pastor Joel Traylor officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Roxanna Banco of Martins Ferry. Parents of the groom are Richard Kurner of Bridgeport and Nancy Hartline of Belmont.
A reception followed the ceremony at the Bridgeport Eagles.
Sheyenna Scott was maid of honor and Brandon Kurner served as best man. Other attendants included Erin Gray, Tabitha Conner, Christina Kurner, Stacy Dorff, Matt Johnson, Frank Sokolowski, Jack Scott and Nathan Cawthorne. Rachael Kurner was flower girl; Lori Polivka attended the guest book; and Walker Polivka was in charge of bubbles.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Bellaire High School and Belmont Career Center. She is employed by The Times Leader.
Her husband is a 2004 graduate of St. John's High School and is employed with Kalkreuth.
Following a wedding trip to Ocean City, the couple will reside in Martins Ferry.
