Jane Anne Tennyson and Brian James Moore were united in marriage Sept. 15, at 2:30 p.m., at the Lincoln Avenue United Methodist Church in Shadyside with the Rev. Donald Perks officiating at the ceremony.

A reception followed the wedding at the Wheeling Artisan Center.

Parents of the bride are Charles and Nancy Tennyson of Shadyside. Parents of the groom are Larry and Karen Moore of Bridgeport.

Laurel Poe was maid of honor with David Rice and R.J. Vavrock serving as best men. Other attendants included Carley Amico, Susi Gordon, Melissa Hadley, Erika Jarrett, Amanda Petrone, McKinsey Stillion, Jenna Zeakes, Zack Beck, Casey Berisford, Brandon Garcia, Stephen Knoyer, David Schramm and Michael Tennyson. Jessica and Samantha Eimer were junior bridesmaids. Laura Ann Spurlock served as flower girl and Brady Amico was ring bearer.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Shadyside High School, a 2004 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor of science in health care administration and a 2007 graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor of science in nursing. She is employed by East Ohio Regional Hospital as a nurse in the emergency department.

Her husband is a 1999 graduate of Martins Ferry High School, a 2006 graduate of the American Sentinel University with a bachelor of science in information systems. He is completing a master's degree in business administration at Bellview University. He is employed by the State of West Virginia at Wheeling Jesuit University as a clinical systems analyst.

Following a wedding trip to Canaan Valley, the couple will make their home in Shadyside.
