Parents of the bride are Barbara and Russell Lackie of Barnesville. Parents of the groom are Janie and Timothy Witchey of Bannock.
Mandy Milligan was maid of honor. Jessica Wershing was matron of honor and Barb Polgar served as bridesmaid. Travis Witchey was best man. Groomsman were Charles Foster and Russell Lackie Jr. Vanessa Leach was the flower girl and Jason Polgar was the ring bearer. Guest book was attended by Samantha Witchey.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Barnesville High School and a 2006 graduate of Belmont Technical College as an office clerk specialist. She is employed at Harris Real Estate as a billing clerk.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2004 graduate of Ohio University with a master's degree in applied economics. He is employed at Wesbanco Bank Inc. as a risk manager and instructs economics and math part-time at Belmont Technical College.
Following a wedding trip to Disney World, the couple will reside in St. Clairsville.
