Parents of the bride are Lee and Kim Smith of St. Clairsville. Parents of the groom are Larry and Wilma Boroski of Rayland.
Katie Smith was maid of honor and Larry Boroski, father of the groom, was best man. Other attendants were: Shaye Eighme, Lyn Ballog, Megan Bailey, Angie Taddia, Chris Baugh, Travis Yates, Cain Noble and Brett Hambleton. Readers were Magery Witten and Jean Yates.
A reception was held at the James E. Carnes Center in St. Clairsville.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. She is employed by the St. Clairsville Public Library as the circulation supervisor.
Her husband is a 2004 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with bachelor of science degree in business management. He is employed by Belmont Correctional Institution.
