Amanda Marie McGee and Nathan Carl Pletcher were united in marriage at 6 p.m., on Friday, Oct. 12 at St. Vincent de Paul Church in Wheeling, with Father James LaCross officiating.
Parents of the bride are Mark and Kathy McGee of Wheeling. Parents of the groom are Tony and Jeanie Pletcher of Sardis, Ohio.
Anissa Pletcher was matron of honor and Phillip Pletcher was the best man. Other attendants were Laura Dolin, Kasey Myers, Kayla Pletcher, Michelle Johnson, Valerie Lude, Ryan McGee, Josh Lude, Jeremy Drengcas, Brian Pearl and Michael Travis.
A reception was held at the Pine Room in Oglebay Park.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 2007 graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor's degree in elementary education with a minor in special education.
Her husband is a 2000 graduate of River High School and a 2006 graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor's degree in secondary education specializing in history. He is employed by UPS of Wheeling.
After a brief honeymoon, the couple will reside in Wheeling.
