Jessica Louise Palmer and Richard Melvin Charnock Jr., were united in marriage on Saturday, June 14 at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Elm Grove, with Rev. Paul Schaffer officiating.
Parents of the bride are Jennifer Stillion Barcus of Shadyside and Dennis Palmer of Mount Vernon, Ohio. Her grandmothers are Virginia Johnston and Nancy Palmer of Shadyside. Her great-grandmother is Olive Dixon, also of Shadyside.
Parents of the groom are Judith Hillberry and Buzz Hillberry of Em Grove. His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. William Dumas, also of Elm Grove.
Elizabeth Stillion was maid of honor, and Tony "Red" Chesler, best man. Other attendants were Brittney Hillberry, Cassey Platt, Dorian Carney, Kaitlin Gibbons, Jazmyne Jayner, Joshua Lucas, Dylan Kulpa, Grant Hillberry, Aaron Hillberry and Brian Scott. Junior bridesmaid was Kathryn Barcus. Ringbearers were Ryan Norris Jr. and Nickolass Norris, sons of the couple. Flower girls were Chloe Palmer, daughter of the couple, Samara Jayner-Hillberry and Lila Bess. Guest book attendant was McKayla Chester.
The bride is employed with Global Contact Systems in Wheeling and the groom is employed at Ziggenfelders with Adeccoin, Wheeling.
After a wedding trip to Walt Disney World, Fla., the couple will reside in Shadyside.
