Jessica Renee Scarnecchia and Joseph Daniel Kuntzman were united in marriage June 7 at 2:30 p.m. at the Calvary Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Laurie Armstrong officiating.
Parents of the bride of Carol Carlier of Bridgeport and Michael Scarnecchia of St. Clairsville. Parents of the groom are Mark and Lisa Kuntzman of Bethesda.
Chelsie Roberts served as maid of honor and Bob Kuntzman served as best man. Other attendants included Courtney Talik, Audrey Wickens, Danielle Carlier, Terry Akers, Doug Stenger and Joshua Tine. Shauna Studenc served as flower girl and Nathan Markle served as ring bearer.
A reception was held at the McLure Hotel in Wheeling.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Bridgeport High School and a 2008 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a bachelor's of art degree in history.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Union Local High School and East Ohio Law Enforcement Academy as well as a 2006 graduate of Belmont Technical College with an associate's degree in criminal justice. He is employed as a patrol deputy with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
Following a honeymoon trip to Walt Disney World and the Bahamas, the couple will reside in St. Clairsville.
