Jennifer Lindsey Jacqueline Fry and James Kevin Murphy, Jr. were united in marriage on Saturday, June 7 at 4:30 p.m. at the First Christian Church, Martins Ferry with Rev. Rod Kasler officiating at the candlelight, double ring ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Parents of the bride are Dan and Jacque Fry of Martins Ferry. Grandparents of the bride are Bob and Mignonne Fry and Gloria Griffiths of Martins Ferry and the later Jack Griffiths. Parents of the groom are Jim and Debbie Murphy of Rayland. Grandparents of the groom are the late Steve and LaRue Murphy, Phylis Farkus of Dillonvale, Frank Moscato of California and the late Steve Bene Farkus.

Allison Neavin served as maid of honor and Audrey Mellott served as matron of honor. Michael Doyle served as best man. Other attendants were Leesa Helt, Shawna Nemeth, Amber McConville, Winston Fry, Brent Nemeth, Tyler Moscato and Richard Check. Flower girl was Adryona Helt and ring bearer was Treston Nemeth.

A reception followed at Belmont Hills Country Club. Music during the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour was provided by the Howard String Quartet.

The bride is a graduate of Martins Ferry High School and Ohio University where she obtained her bachelor degree in early childhood education with an associate's degree in science. She is employed at BMW Financial Services in Dublin, Ohio.

Her husband is a graduate of Buckeye Local High School and Bethany College with a degree in environmental sciences. He is employed as a chemist with Nestle in Dublin, Ohio.

Following a western Caribbean cruise, the couple will reside in Dublin, Ohio.
