Hilary Beth Smith and Donald Lee Neavin were united in marriage during a double ring ceremony at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, June 7, at St. John's Evangelical Protestant Church, Wheeling, with the Rev. Ed Thurmond officiating.
Parents of the bride are Beth Smith of Martins Ferry and Richard Smith of Martins Ferry. Parents of the groom are Kim and Dennis Neavin of Martins Ferry.
Jenny Secrist was maid of honor. Mike Reese served as best man. Other attendants were Danielle Neavin, Lacey Neavin, Kaycie Strauss, Shelby Strauss, Kayla Conaway, Bianca Piergallini, Jennifer Rice, Karley Yoder, Corey Smith, Kyle Krajnyak, James Watts, Jeremy Shrodes, Jeremy Leonard, Shane Brost, Philip Trouten and Kirk Roth. Nadia Szymialis was the flower girl and Gabriel Donahue was the ring bearer. Lindsay Coyne, Jonni Jo Magistro were program attendants and Dana Conaway did a scripture reading. Ushers were Ryan Strauss and David Schramm.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2006 graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College. She is employed with Belmont County Department of Job and Family Services in the Connections office in Martins Ferry.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of Martins Ferry High School. He is employed with the city of Martins Ferry.
After a wedding trip to Riveria Maya, Mexico, the couple will reside in Martins Ferry.
