Johnni Jo Funkhouser and Ryan Michael Hubbard were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, July 5, at The First United Methodist Church, Bellaire, with Pastor Richard Hendrix officiating.
Parents of the bride are Phil and Rhonda Earnest of Bellaire and the late John Paul Funkhouser.
Parents of the groom are Robert and Barbara Hubbard of Bellaire.
Earlene Earnest was the matron of honor and Bobby Hubbard was the best man. Ashley Wiggins was maid of honor, Shae Burkhart was the flower girl and Andrew Campbell, ring bearer. Other attendants included Danielle Burkhart, Kathleen Fernandez, Tausha Ronevich, Ashley Scarnechia, Jeff Rankin, Nick Sulek, Spencer Moore, Josh Fabry, Bruce Hines, Abbie and Rachael Merryman, Savannah and Brianna Campbell and Sydney Heil.
A reception was held at the Marshall County Fairgrounds in Moundsville.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Bellaire High School and a 2007 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is currently employed by Wheeling Hospital as a registered nurse.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Bellaire High School and a 2003 graduate of Belmont Technical College with an associate degree in criminal justice. He is currently employed by American Energy Corporation in Beallsville.
After the wedding trip to Antarctica, the couple will reside in Shadyside.
