Lindsay Kay DeVolld and Charles Wayne Neitzelt II were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m., Aug. 9, at Giffin Park Church Wedding Chapel in St. Clairsville with Pastor Mark Zelewicz at the double ring ceremony.

Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Bart DeVolld of St. Clairsville. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Charles Neitzelt I of Martins Ferry.

Jennifer Gerevics was matron of honor, and Wayne “Boone” Philips was best man. Other attendants were April Elizeus, Teri Deel, Jennifer Bonnell, Ben Hull, Ken Parker, Billy Meyers. Logan Kleeh, was the ringbearer.

A reception followed at Bob and Wendy Gary’s Shelter.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of St. Clairsville High School. She is currently employed as a secretary at Bob’s Transmission Shop.

Her husband is a 2001 graduate of Buckeye Local High School. He is currently employed as a service technician in the tire and lube express at Wal-Mart in St. Clairsville.

The couple will reside in St. Clairsville.
