Erica Ashley Vanchure and Aric Duane Woods were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 27 at the St. John’s Lutheran Church with Pastor Philip K. Van Dam officiating at the double-ring ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Eric and Janice Vanchure of Dillonvale. The groom is the son of James and Debbie Woods of Adena.
Brandi Knight and Bryanna Hennebert were matrons of honor. Justin Knight and Phillip Fetty were the best men. Other attendants were: Jennifer Omaits, Ashley Besece, Nicole Bigler, Joyce Evans, Matthew Basich, Charlie Thompson, Dustin Keyoski and Kevin Cramblett. Nathan Smith was the ring bearer. Autumn Kirsopp attended the guest book and programs.
A reception was held at the Hopedale Social Hall.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and Jefferson County JVS, and a 2005 graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College with an associate’s degree in health information technology. She is employed by Riverside Medical of Ohio as a billing specialist.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and Jefferson County JVS, and a 2005 graduate of the University of Northwestern Ohio with an associate’s degree in diesel technology. He is currently employed by JW Power Company as a natural gas compression technician.
The couple will reside in Adena and will take a honeymoon to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in January 2009.
