Jessica Lynn Sandru and C. Ryan George were united in marriage Oct. 25 at 3:30 p.m., at Calvary Presbyterian Church, St. Clairsville, with Rev. Laurie Armstrong and Father Thom Chillog officiating. The bride was escorted by her father.
Parents of the bride are Jay and Melissa Sandru of St. Clairsville. Parents of the groom are Chuck and Sara George of St. Clairsville.
Amanda Persiani and Marina Parker were matrons of honor. Kevin Pollock and Mike Reese were best men. Other attendants were: Nicole Carpenter, Stacy Kurkura, Danielle Reese, Amanda Waugh, Mackenzie Reed and Hannah Sandru, Laken Reed, was the bell ringer, Gabriella Persiani and Abigail Schmidt were the flower girls and Joshua Sandru was the ring bearer. Scripture readers were Carol Barnett and Dennis Kinsey. Program attendants were Michelle George and Danessa Kinsey. Mary Reeb attended the guestbook. Special music and string quartet were under the direction of Dustin Kinsey. A reception followed at the River City Artisan Center.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2003 graduate of The Ohio Valley Medical Center Program of Radiologic Technology. She is currently employed as a staff mammographer at Magee Women’s Hospital in Pittaburgh.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of St. Clairsville and a 2005 graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor degree in electrical and computer engineering. He is currently employed as a aystem analyst for University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pa.
The couple will honeymoon in St. Lucia and reside in Pittsburgh.
