Jessica Marie Pyles and Thomas Anthony Rapp II were united in marriage Saturday, Nov. 29 at 4:30 p.m. at the Lincoln Avenue United Methodist Church in Shadyside with Rev. Don Perks officiating the ceremony and Rev. Richard Wilson participating.
Parents of the bride are Terry and Lori Pyles of Shadyside. Parents of the groom are Thomas and Melanie Rapp of Bellefontaine, Ohio.
Leighann Oldfield was matron of honor; Rebecca Carver was maid of honor and Thomas Rapp was best man. Other attendants were Jessica Titlow, Rachel Rapp, Phil Nguyen, Joshua Titlow and Jason Pyles. Tyler Wall and Jon Lindau were ushers. The book attendant was Eve Dower.
A reception was held at River City Restaurant and Conference Center, Wheeling.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of River High School and 2006 of Miami University. The groom is a 2002 graduate of Bellefontaine High School and 2006 of the University of Toledo. They are both currently in their third year of medical school at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. They reside in Sandusky where they are doing rotations at Firelands Hospital.
They are taking a wedding trip to Mexico.
