Amber Dawn Patterson and Matthew Cole Duvall were united in marriage March 28 at 3:30 p.m., at South Main Street Church of Christ in Bethesda, with Stan Kirtlan, officiating the double-ring ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Charles and Cathy Patterson of Bethesda. Parents of the groom are Ronald and Ellen Duvall of Jacobsburg. Grandfather of the bride is Donald F. Perkins of Belmont.
Brenda Saffell served as matron of honor while Andrea Patterson served as maid of honor. Ronnie Duvall served as best man. Other attendants included Cassie Coats, Summer Kinney, Adam Johnson, Joel Kemp and Corey Imhoff. Honorary bridesmaid was Stephanie Blakely. Jenna Duvall was flower girl and Jacob Sheff served as ring bearer.
The reception was held at James E. Carnes Center, St. Clairsville.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Union Local High School, a 2007 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in science, and a 2008 graduate of Cooperative Medical Technology Program of Akron. She is employed as a medical technologist at Genesis Healthcare System in Zanesville.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Union Local High School. He attended Belmont Technical College and studied in electrical engineering, tooling and machining. He is employed at American Energy Corporation in Beallsville as an electrical mechanic.
Following a honeymoon to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple will reside in Quaker City.
