Parents of the bride are Don and Sherry Foster of Bellaire. Parents of the groom are Tegwen Parsons and the late Ronald Johnson and Joseph and Elizabeth Voytecek.
Maid of honor was Erin Foster and matron of honor was Amy Snedeker. Dan Divjak was best man. Other attendants were: Katie Myers, Megan Parsons, Tomma Wells, Kristen Arno, Jenn Becket, Brock Snedeker, Donnie Daugherty, Shaun King, Todd Wells, Jeff Stevens, and Rob Harris. Jr. Bridesmaids were: Taylor Foster, Jacie Wells, Elena Penhos and Kylie Parsons. Flower girl was Abby Snedeker. Ring bearer was Collin Snedeker. Kaiden Parsons escorted the mother of the groom. The bride is a 1996 graduate of St. John Central High School and WVNCC with a degree in nursing. She is employed by WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Her husband is a 1997 graduate of St John Central High School. He is a journeyman for Carpenters Local 3, Wheeling. He is employed by Lavorini Interiors.
After building a home, the couple will reside in Colerain.
