Michelle Renee Moore and Brian William Smith were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m., June 27 at the First Christian Church, Barnesville, with Pastor Ed Eberhart and Reverend Richard Wilson officiating.

Parents of the bride are Patricia and the late Richard Moore of Centerville. Parents of the groom are Gary and Cheryl Smith of Uniontown.

Melissa Heath served as matron of honor and Dan Skiba served as best man. Other attendants were Crystal Copley, Jane Smith and Mark Henry. Melinda Wesley and Hannah Heath were the flower girls and Gregory Heath was the ring bearer. Readers were Kristi Smith and George McCann. Stacey Copley was the pianist.

A reception was held at the Hellenic Center in Wheeling.

The bride is a 2006 graduate of West Liberty University and is currently working on a master of arts degree in education from Muskingum College. She is employed by Philo High School in Duncan Falls, Ohio as a biology teacher.

The groom is a 2005 graduate of Belmont Technical College, and a 2007 graduate of DeVry University. He is employed as an IP technical engineer by Stratus Wave Communications in Wheeling and as a produce clerk with Riesbeck’s Food Markets in St. Clairsville.

After a wedding trip to Seattle and Mt. Rainier, Wash., the couple will reside in Zanesville.
