Kimberly Michelle Harris and Robert James Kittel Jr. were united in marriage Aug. 15 at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Martins Ferry. Pastor John Oliver officiated the double ring ceremony. Parents of the bride are William and Penny Harris of Bridgeport. Grandparents of the groom are the late Estella and Eugene Minder of Martins Ferry.
Matron of honor was Michelle Mattern, maid of honor was Stacie Harris and best man was Chuck Eddy. Other attendants were Jennifer Robson, Ashlie HIxenbaugh, Molly Greer, Cai Wei Yang, Fred Ullom, Robert Rudder, P.J. Eddy, Alex Oliver and Gene Mattern III. Flower girls were TaAliah Stanley and Adele Stillion with Tate Eddy serving as ring bearer. Music was provided by Jessica Connor, Chuck Eddy, and Tessa Stanley. Ushers were Austin Cordery and Chad Clemons.
The reception was held at the J.B. Martin Recreation Center in St. Clairsville.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Bridgeport High School and is pursuing a degree in middle childhood Education at Ohio University Eastern campus.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and is employed by Rent-A-Center in Bridgeport.
Following a honeymoon in Sandusky, the couple will reside in Bridgeport.
