Molly Amanda Exten and Jonathan Sanjeer Withers were married Aug. 15 at Heinz Memorial Chapel on the University of Pittsburgh campus by the Rev. Matthew Koerber. A reception was held at Overlook Point in Monroeville, Pa.

The maid of honor was Jennifer Exten Kennedy (sister). Bridesmaids were Sarah Exten Mussman, Dr. Emily Exten Skarie, Dr. Katherine Exten (all sisters) and Jeneni Withers (groom’s sister). Groomsmen were the groom’s brothers Christopher Withers and Gregory Withers and friend Dennis Moreau.

The flower girl was Elizabeth Kennedy, niece of the bride. The ring bearer was David Kennedy, nephew of the bride.

The bride graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and the American University. Molly received a Fullbright Scholarship and then taught English as a second language at the University of Sarator in Russia. She is now teaching ESL at the University of Massachusetts in Boston. The groom also graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, and is now completing his Ph.D at Harvard University.

Their parents are Dr. and Mrs. Robert (Debbie Albright) Exten of Mansfield, and Dr. Gayathri Withers and Dr. James Withers of Pittsburgh. Molly’s grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. David (Elsa) Albright Sr. of Shadyside.

The couple resides in Boston.
