Zachary Andrew Ratka and Liana Virginia Mosher were united in marriage on March 10.

The ceremony took place at the Bell County Justice Center in Belton, Texas, with Judge Theodore Duffield officiating.

The groom is the son of John and Karen Ratka of St. Clairsville and a 2014 graduate of Virginia Military Institute with a BS degree in Chemistry. He is a 1st lieutenant in the United States Army serving with 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas.

The bride is the daughter of Ed and Karen Mosher of Catawissa, Mo., and a 2012 graduate of the University of San Diego with a BA degree in International Relations. She is a captain in the United States Army and is attending the Logistics Captain’s Career Course at Fort Lee, Va.
